Ses tuşlarıyla nasıl sayarım?
Sayaç ekranı açıkken telefonun ses açma veya kısma tuşuna basmanız yeterli. Ekrana bakmanız gerekmez; her basış bir zikir ekler.
Hatırlatmalarım gelmiyor.
Büyük ihtimalle bildirim izni kapalı. Ayarlar ekranında bildirimler sistem tarafından engelleniyorsa bunu söyleyen bir satır çıkar ve sizi doğru yere götürür. Android 13 ve üzerinde izin ayrı olarak verilir; iOS'ta izin, hatırlatma saatinizi seçtiğinizde istenir.
Telefonumu değiştiriyorum, sayılarım gelir mi?
Ayarlar → Hesap bölümünden Google (veya iOS'ta Apple) ile giriş yapın. Zikirleriniz, günlük kayıtlarınız ve hatırlatmalarınız hesabınıza yedeklenir; yeni telefonda aynı hesapla giriş yaptığınızda geri gelir. Yedekleme internet bağlantısı ister — sayma işlemi istemez.
Hesabımı ve verilerimi nasıl silerim?
Ayarlar → Hesap → Hesabı sil. Silme işlemi uygulama içinden yapılır ve bulut kayıtlarınızı da kaldırır.
Ana ekran kutusu güncellenmiyor.
Kutudaki sayı, uygulamayı kapattığınızda yazılır. iOS'ta kutudaki "+" düğmesiyle saymak iOS 17 ve üzeri ister; daha eski sürümlerde kutu sayıyı gösterir ama düğme çıkmaz.

On bir dil: Türkçe, İngilizce, Arapça, Almanca, İspanyolca, Fransızca, Endonezce, Farsça, Bengalce, Rusça ve Urduca. Dil, Ayarlar ekranından değiştirilir.

How do I count with the volume keys?
With the counter on screen, press either volume key. You do not need to look at the phone — each press adds one.
My reminders never arrive.
Notifications are most likely switched off at the system level. The Settings screen shows a row saying so and takes you to the fix. On Android 13 and later the permission is granted separately; on iOS it is asked for when you choose your reminder time.
I am changing phones. Do my counts come with me?
Sign in under Settings → Account with Google (or Apple on iOS). Your dhikrs, daily records and reminders are backed up to that account and return when you sign in on the new phone. Backup needs a connection; counting does not.
How do I delete my account and data?
Settings → Account → Delete account. It is done from inside the app and removes your cloud records as well.
The home screen widget is not updating.
The widget's number is written when you leave the app. On iOS, counting from the widget's "+" button needs iOS 17 or later; on earlier versions the widget still shows your count.
Which languages does the app support?
Eleven: Turkish, English, Arabic, German, Spanish, French, Indonesian, Persian, Bengali, Russian and Urdu. The language is changed in Settings.
